પેથોલોજી માનવ શરીરમાં રોગને શોધવા અને તેનું નિદાન કરવામાં મુખ્ય ભૂમિકા ભજવે છે. પરંતુ અભ્યાસનું આ ક્ષેત્ર તેના પડકારો વિનાનું નથી. પેથોલોજિસ્ટ આજે જે પડકારોનો સામનો કરી રહ્યા છે તેમાં પેથોલોજિસ્ટની વૈશ્વિક અછત, પરીક્ષણોની વધતી જતી જટિલતા અને વૃદ્ધાવસ્થા અને કેન્સરના ઊંચા દરોને કારણે વર્કલોડમાં વધારો સામેલ છે.
पैथोलॉजी मानव शरीर में रोग का पता लगाने और निदान करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। लेकिन अध्ययन का यह क्षेत्र अपनी चुनौतियों के बिना नहीं है। पैथोलॉजिस्टों को आज जिन चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है उनमें पैथोलॉजिस्ट की वैश्विक कमी, परीक्षणों की बढ़ती जटिलता, और बढ़ती उम्र और कैंसर की उच्च दर के कारण कार्यभार में वृद्धि शामिल है।
Pathology plays a key role in detecting and diagnosing disease in the human body. But this field of study is not without its challenges. Some of the challenges pathologists face today include a global shortage of pathologists, the increasing complexity of tests, and an increased workload due to an aging population and higher rates of cancer.
