Self-quarantine and stay-at-home are the great superimposed time period for intra and interpersonal communication

Ahmedabad, March 31, 2020: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that people should utilize the COVID-19 lockdown period to connect with themselves, their family and also with their passion. "This time of crisis will not only give you an opportunity to connect with yourself but will also be able to connect with your passion. "You will also get an opportunity to connect with your friends and family members," PM Modi said addressing the 63rd edition of Mann Ki Baat program on All India Radio (AIR).

“I saw on social media, that many people took out their musical instruments like tabla and veena that were lying unused for years and started practicing on them. You too can do that," the Prime Minister said.

Spiritual guru like Sri Sri Ravishankar doing live meditation every day to all of us at 12.pm noon and 7: 30.pm evening and making us communicative with our soul. Likewise, many other Yoga trainers, motivational guru (speaker), business and brand consultant, occupational therapist, psychologist are doing live sessions so that people can feel self-engaged rather than thinking about any other aspects of life. This is the best example where Intra and interpersonal communication is taking a new wave using digital tools and techniques.

Yes, we need to connect with ourselves, it is real ideal time to think how good, better and best can be done to contribute ourselves for self and selfless development which helps to make our country great again. This 14-days self-quarantine and 21-days lockdown period giving another momentous opportunity for us to do a deep introspection to find ourselves that somehow we were lost in this hectic materialistic life and in economy Jungle. where we are? what are we doing? so many questions are being arisen in our mind to answer, hopefully, we will go inside ourselves during this period of mass trauma and fear.

Similarly, this Hectic, Economy Jungle also took away our family from us. This is the time to stay with the family and break the barrier. This is the time to know your Family, have a good time with them and see what you had lost in the past.

Breaking news: Getting more information about Coronavirus

Breaking news: Getting more information about Coronavirus
(Fears, Rumours, Nightmares: How our upscale society is dealing with the reality of coronavirus?)

Ahmedabad, March 30, 2020: Breaking news is now more important than ever before especially when people want to know the real-time information in form of authentic facts and figure from the reliable source now matter whether it is coming from the public, private or social media. When open Google search one can clearly see the third category search i.e Get more information about Coronavirus, it says that people search regular updates from across the world.

Breaking news is like a media fascinated term that appeared 24x7 on TV news channels and Digital News platforms from website to apps. This is time that one can feel the difference between fake news and real news. Journalism is more craft than a profession and to break news as breaking news required a news sense before disseminating on the public domain.  Fears, rumours, nightmares, quarantine, social distancing, isolation and staying home, these are the situation that our society and humanity is dealing with the daily new reality show of COVID-19. Nothing to say about so-called "Gurus" of Whatsapp University and other such Social Channels. We all had this experience during the Coronavirus Outbreak. And yes, its side effects - Sanitizers and Masks, Medicines, Vegetable getting run out every day and night.

What are we doing? Probably nothing or the flip side is many things.  We must behave with responsibility and never follow any breaking news on Social Channel without fact-checking. Go with the responsible media. Many a time that happens that we get misleading breaking news from responsible media also because even they got some misinformation. So, as a responsible citizen, we must follow the Government's official announcement as breaking news in this turmoil situation.
